3.4 “Issued Securities Movement History” Page

The section “Issued Securities Movement History” contains the transactions history of issued securities of the issuer for the past 5 years. You can select the tab ‘Issued Securities Movement history’ on the top menu bar of the ROM to access the Issued Securities Movement History section. 

1. Select Display Period

   To view the transactions history of a specific period, enter the date(s) in the date fields on top left-hand corner of the page or click “ ” and select the date on the pop-up calendar.

2. Search by Nature
   1. To view the transaction history of a specific nature, you can select the “ ” button on the right-hand side of the “Nature” column and select a specific type or multi types of nature in the dropdown list and filter.

      Filter can be cleared by clicking “All” in the dropdown list. By clicking the “” button, you can download a report on the transaction history with the filtered nature. 

   2. You can also enter the particular nature into the search box on the top right corner of the Issued Securities Movement History session. Nature can be searched in English and Chinese. You can type the first few letters of the nature in the search box and the related nature will be displayed. For example, if you type “Shares”, it will bring up all natures with the word “Shares”, such as issue of shares, cancellation of shares, etc.. If you type more specifically such as “Cancellation of Shares”, it will narrow the search result.
