After login to the Issuer Portal account, you will see the Home page. A function panel is on the left-hand side of the Home page. You may choose the functional page you wish to view by clicking one of the following functions on the panel. It will then direct you to the functional page that you choose: -
- “Home” – A dashboard with information on Stock Quotation, Issue Summary, Events Calendar, Overview of CCASS Holdings and Ownership Analysis and Tricor Inside Newsletter
- “Register of Members” – Provides real-time access to the latest and useful information on the register of members and its registered holders including Holders List, Issued Securities Movement History and Member Analysis
- “Ownership Analysis” – Provides up-to-date information on company ownership, such as ownership statistics and analysis on institutional investors, historical analysis, peer analysis, etc (Add-On Service for subscription by clients)
- “CCASS Holdings” – A snapshot of your company’s shareholding by holder types, Top 10 Daily Holding Changes in CCASS, Top 10 Holders in CCASS and Southbound Holding (if applicable)
- “Reports” – A storage of scheduled month-end reports (max. 5 years starting from 2021), including Holders List, Transfer Journal and Top Holders List
- “eAGM SPOT” – An ultimate technology solution for managing virtual meetings and hybrid meetings with ease and flexibility (Add-On Service for subscription by clients)
- “eProxy SPOT” – An end-to-end e-proxy system which provides a platform for shareholders or investors to submit their proxy instructions online anytime at their convenience and real time updates for issuers’ management (Add-On Service for subscription by clients)
- “Boardfolio” – An advanced cloud-based encrypted board portal solution that enables the board of directors of your company to collaborate seamlessly (Add-On Service for subscription by clients)
- “Tricor Inside Newsletter” – Contains latest news, market trends and updates on regulatory changes published by Tricor
- “Leave Feedback” – For you to give feedback to us for better enhancement of our Issuer Portal

The pages “Home”, “Register of Members”, “CCASS Holdings”, “Reports” and “Tricor Inside Newsletter” are available for you to access and view information on these pages. “Ownership Analysis”, “eAGM SPOT”, “eProxy SPOT” and “Boardfolio” are add-on services which require your subscription. Please click the respective buttons to learn more.
To extend or curtail the function panel of the Issue Portal, press the arrow button at the bottom right-hand corner of the menu bar.
