The “Scheduled Reports” Page is a storage portal where you can view or download the scheduled month-end reports, including Holders List, Transfer Journal and Top Holders List at any time. Scheduled reports will be kept in the Issuer Portal for 5 consecutive years starting from 2021 and will then be removed. You may view the reports of a specific year by selecting the year in the drop down list of “Select Year”.
To view or download the scheduled reports, press one of the report types: “Holders List”, “Transfer Journal” or “Top Holders List”, then press the month you wish to view or download under the selected report type. The reports in pdf format will be automatically generated and downloaded to your computer for review. The scheduled month-ended reports will be available for view and download no later than the 5th business day of the next month.
