Access Control Framework

• Client Accounts: Client accounts are created by Vistra users, ensuring that access is granted only to authorized individuals as per client requirements. This controlled onboarding process aligns access with the specific needs of each client, maintaining security and compliance.
• Vistra User Accounts: Vistra users, including administrators and staff, have accounts created by other Vistra users. Access is granted based on assigned roles, with access levels strictly aligned with their job roles and responsibilities. This role-based access control (RBAC) ensures that Vistra users can only interact with the data necessary for their tasks.
