What are the Access Controls?

Modified on Wed, 21 May at 9:05 PM

At Share Registry and IPO (MY), we prioritize secure and controlled access to our platform to protect sensitive share registry and IPO data. Our robust access control framework ensures that only authorized users can access the system, tailored to their specific roles and responsibilities.

Access Control Framework

  • Public Investor Self-Registration: Public investors can self-register as users on the platform. After registration, Vistra administrators verify the uploaded documents and either approve or reject the user account, ensuring only legitimate users gain access.

  • Role-Based Access for Vistra Users: Vistra users, including administrators and staff, are granted access to data based on assigned roles. Access levels are strictly aligned with their job roles and responsibilities, ensuring that users can only interact with the data necessary for their tasks.

Why This Matters

Our access control system, with verified self-registration for public investors and role-based access for Vistra users, ensures the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial data. By implementing these controls, Share Registry and IPO (MY) provides a secure environment for managing share registry and IPO processes, aligned with industry best practices.
