What are OverseasConnect Incident Response Plans?

Modified on Wed, 21 May at 2:32 PM

At OverseasConnect, we are committed to ensuring the continuity and security of your operations. Our comprehensive Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan is designed to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of an unplanned incident, enabling rapid restoration of services on our Azure SQL managed database platform.

Disaster Recovery Plan

Our DR Plan outlines robust procedures to recover critical systems and data following a failure or disaster. Key metrics guiding our incident response include:

  • Recovery Time Objective (RTO): The maximum tolerable downtime for our systems, networks, or applications. OverseasConnect’s RTO is 24 hours, ensuring that services are restored promptly to minimize disruption to your global operations.
  • Recovery Point Objective (RPO): The maximum acceptable amount of data loss following an unplanned incident, measured in time. OverseasConnect’s RPO is 1 hour, meaning we aim to limit potential data loss to no more than one hour’s worth of data, safeguarding your critical information.

Why This Matters

Our DR Plan, with a 24-hour RTO and 1-hour RPO, ensures that your payroll, accounting, and compliance data remain secure and accessible, even in the face of unexpected disruptions. Hosted on Azure’s resilient infrastructure, OverseasConnect is designed to provide reliability and peace of mind for your business.
