3.5 “Member Analysis” Page

The section “Member Analysis” provides useful analyses on holders information and a brief picture of holders structure. You can select the tab “Member Analysis” on the top menu bar of the ROM to access the Member Analysis section. 

1. Snapshot of Member Analysis
   1. “Geographic Analysis”

      Analysis on the geographic locations of the holders based on the country/area of holders’ registered addresses.

      
      

   2. “Means of Receiving Corporate Communications Analysis”

      Analysis on how and what the holders prefer to receive on future corporate communications sent by the issuer.

      
      

   3. “Range of Holdings Analysis”

      Analysis on holdings structure of issuer.

      
      

   4. “Means of Receiving Cash Dividend Analysis”

      Analysis on how the holders would like to receive the cash dividend payable by the issuer (i.e. cheque or automatic payment).

      
      

   5. “Permanent Election for Cash/Scrip Dividend Analysis”

      Analysis on the holders’ preference in receiving dividend under the scrip dividend scheme of an issuer (i.e. permanent cash or permanent scrip).

      
      

   6. “Permanent Currency Election for Cash Dividend Analysis”

      Analysis on the dividend currency selected by holders in receiving cash dividend.

      
      

       

2. Downloading analysis report

   Analysis reports can be downloaded by clicking the “ ” button on the top right corner of respective analysis. For Range of Holdings Analysis, you may customize your own Ranges of Holdings report by clicking “Edit” and a new window will be popped-up. You may input upto 10 ranges and generate your customized report by clicking “”.
