1.4 Account Verification

You will be requested to do the account verification when you login to the Issuer Portal under the following circumstances:-

1.    First time login;

2.    No login for more than 60 days;

3.    Browser cookies being deleted; 

4.    Using private browsing mode in browsers; or 

5.    You login using a different device.


By clicking the “Send Verification Code’’ button at the “Account Verification” page, you will receive an email sent by issuerportal_support@hk.tricorglobal.com containing the one-time verification code. Enter the verification code and press “Confirm” to login to the Home page of Issuer Portal. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at issuerportal_support@hk.tricorglobal.com.


If the account verification is not completed within 10 minutes after requesting the verification code, the verification code may expire. You can click the “Resend Verification Code” button for a new verification code and login to the Issuer Portal.
