Please use the below browsers to login Vistra Issuer Portal:

ChromeMicrosoft Edge Safari

If you use Microsoft Edge to login Vistra Issuer Portal, select Menu (“”) > “Settings” > “Cookies and site permissions” > “Cookies and site data stored” and then turn on “Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)” to unblock cookies.

If you use Safari to login Vistra Issuer Portal, please enable cookies in Safari. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > “Preferences”, click “Privacy”, then select “Always allow” under “Cookies and website data”. If you use iPhone or iPad, tap “Settings” > Safari, turn off “Block All Cookies” and “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”.
