How can I apply for replacement(s) if I have lost my share certificate(s)?

Please go to Downloads and obtain the form for Report Loss of Certificates and Request for Issue of Replacement. Please return the form, duly completed and signed, to our Share Registry Services Office.

Upon receipt of your application, we will forward the necessary documentation for your completion and advise the estimated expenses and costs to be incurred. Please note that the relevant expenses and administration costs for the replacement will be borne by the applicant.
