Our Investor Portal provides USI holders with secure access to our system to view and manage their uncertificated securities and communications related to the administration of those securities of which we are the Approved Securities Registrar (“ASR”) of the issuers.
Registered holders must establish a USI profile with us and dematerialise their certificated securities in order to view and transact in their uncertificated securities. Upon successful registration, each registered holder will be assigned a unique USI identifier (the “USI No.”).
USI holders may access the Investor Portal to view their portfolio balance and perform available functions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7), except during periods of system maintenance or service suspension. The website of Investor Portal is eShareholder.hk.
