“SPOT” is a one-stop platform which offers e-Meeting (either hybrid or virtual) and e-Proxy facilities. It allows members to vote online, view live streaming of the meeting and ask questions online. The experience is similar to what they normally do at a physical meeting without the need of physical attendance.
The list of meetings of your companies and subsidiaries that are managed by Tricor will be displayed. You can quickly sort the data in chorological order or reverse chorological order by using the “ 
” buttons on the top right corner of the field of “Meeting Time”.
You may click on the row of a particular meeting, a window will pop up and you can access to the SPOT system.
You may also use the search box found at the top right-hand side of the list of meetings to search for specific meeting. You can type the first few letters of the company name or stock code in the search box and it will display a list of meetings which company names or stock codes contain the typed search keywords.
